CONDITIONS OF SALES - BGA refers at all times to Bunzl Guest Amenities a trading division of Bunzl UK Ltd. Unless otherwise agreed all sales made by BGA are made on these conditions of sale. No variation of these conditions of sale or any terms supplied with any order form or other document provided by you will be binding on BGA unless confirmed in writing by a Director of BGA. All goods are subject to availability. As a result of continuing development the specification or design of goods may vary from that shown. You are responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered for any particular purpose and for the consequences arising from any work we undertake on the goods at your request.
PRICES & PAYMENT - AlI prices in our catalogue, Ieaflets and our website are in pounds sterling and were correct when published and given in good faith. BGA reserves the right to change the advertised price before you place an order. Unless otherwise agreed payment is required prior to delivery of the goods. Where BGA agrees to issue an invoice you must pay the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. For so long as any amount to be paid for goods remains owing to BGA title to goods will remain with BGA and will not pass to you until BGA has received payment in full including any interest due. BGA may charge interest 4% above the base rate from time to time of Royal Bank of Scotland Bank on any amount not received by the due date until such amount is received, both before and after judgement.
DELIVERY -Goods held in our warehouse are usually dispatched the same working day and delivered within 2-3 working days on the U.K. mainland - although bulky or fragile items may take longer. Ask for details for deliveries outside the U.K. mainland. Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Claims for damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to BGA in writing within 3 days of delivery to you. Claims for nondelivery of goods must be notified to BGA in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Goods returned will be accepted entirely at BGA's discretion within 30 days of delivery to you provided that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Free carriage paid returns applies to U.K. mainland only and BGA stocked catalogue product lines. You must contact us for authorisation to return goods on our Customer Services Return Line 0845 604 1454. Any goods returned to BGA without authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. BGA reserve the right to charge an administration charge on all returns. Where goods do not appear in a BGA publication (including but not limited to our catalogue or a leaflet or our website) and are specially ordered for you BGA will only accept the return of the goods if they are defective and returned within 30 days of delivery to you. This also applies to goods that have been embroidered and goods that have been customised. BGA reserves the right to charge a re-stocking charge of up to 50% of the goods value.
GUARANTEE & LlABILITY - BGA accepts no liability of whatever nature arising as a result of any representations breach of contract, late delivery of product, negligence or otherwise including but not limited to liability for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill except for liability for death or personal injury caused by BGA negligence. All conditions warranties guarantees and representations, express or implied, by statute, common law or otherwise in relation to the goods (other than any liability which BGA is not permitted by law to exclude or restrict) are hereby excluded.
TELEPHONE CALLS - Telephone calls may be recorded and used for training and/or monitoring purposes.
STATUS - BGA may at its absolute discretion decline to accept orders
